Street Concern is the name of St Mungo’s outreach service supporting people who are rough sleeping in London (Westminster, Ealing and Southwark), Bristol, and Reading.

Our Outreach Teams provide help, encouragement and support for people experiencing isolation, neglect, mental and physical health problems as a cause or consequence of their rough sleeping. The information you provide to us is vital to us being able to help vulnerable people move from off the streets towards a safer and happier future.
